Yang dimana sebelumnya mempunyai divisi RC Friends yang sudah terbukti sukses berjalan lebih dari 6 tahun dan berpengalaman dalam mengelola management yang baik. dengan genre dan konsep yang berbeda, ON PASSION lebih cenderung fokus kepada talent yang berbakat dari segi modeling fashion, hijab, produk dan yang lainnya untuk merambah ke segmentasi komersial yang lebih luas. ON PASSION akan memprioritaskan ikut serta dalam membantu memajukan dunia pariwisata dan hiburan tanah air.
